Shipping

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays. We are working towards having your order processed within 1-2 working days.

Outside of Europe*

Additional fees, taxes, duties and customs may apply when shipping outside of Europe. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total order amount, nor will Notice Fashion collect these costs in any other way.  

Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return your item(s). With every order you get a return form with instructions on how to return your item(s). The costs of return-shipping your product are at your own expense.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Please make sure to return your item(s) with the original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

If returning an item make sure it is well packaged, so it can not be damaged in the post. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Notice Fashion is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items unless they are faulty/incorrect. In the case of a faulty/incorrect item in your order please contact us at info@notice-fashion.com stating the issue, order number and your full name. We usually respond within 1 business day. 

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is/have arrived at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
